Welcome to the website of the Midwest Nanny Collective, LLC ("MNC," "we," "us"). By using midwestnc.us (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Collective
MNC is a 100% volunteer-led community for career nannies across the Midwest. Our Site shares information about our community, events, and resources. Our Facebook community is our main hub for conversation, and the Site links to it.
Using the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. Please do not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to send spam or harmful content.
Information and resources
The Site includes guides such as our Minnesota outdoor parks, indoor parks, and library resources. We share them for convenience and do our best to keep them accurate, but hours, prices, closures, and addresses can change without notice. Some listings, including indoor play spaces, charge admission. Please visit each location's website or call to confirm current details before you go. We do not own or operate the places we list, and listing a place is not an endorsement or guarantee of its safety or quality.
Not professional advice
Content on the Site, including educational resources and community information, is for general information only. It is not legal, tax, employment, medical, or childcare advice. Every nanny and family situation is different, so please consult a qualified professional when you need advice for your circumstances. Events and RSVPs
If you RSVP for an event, you agree to provide accurate information. We may change, reschedule, or cancel events, and we will do our best to let you know.
Community conduct
Participation in our community, including our Facebook group, is subject to our community guidelines. We may remove content or members that are harmful, harassing, or that go against our mission of Community, Support, and Education.

If you send us messages, feedback, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to use your feedback to improve the Collective. We will not publish your personal messages without your permission.
